Us
Our chef is acknowledged
as one of the finest Indian chefs in the South East having worked
here for the last 15 years. He has perfected his skills in the Tandoori
and Moghlai styles and his exquisite cooking has received tributes
from many well known restaurant and food critics. He has also gained
an excellent reputation for himself in the local community where
he has been instrumental in raising the standards wherever he has
worked. He cooks light, aromatic, spice dishes with fresh ingredients
which burst with flavour and fragrance. Some of his recommended
dishes are Chingri Da Jhol, Salmon Ka Sizzling, Goan Chicken Massala
and Akbori Chicken - all of which are deliciously succulent. We
